One of the Italians’ favorite dish and a work by Gino De Dominicis in the same word,
yesterday in the presentation of the book “Mozzarella in Carrozza, Artist Recipes”, by Silvia Macchetto.

Thanks to the nice introduction of Alberto Saibene, the unsystematic critic, who told us the double key to enter the world of art, where the recipes
become almost a confession of the personality of the artists, of their relationship with food, as well as an intimate way of accessing their art.

Thanks to Stefano Arienti and his hen recipe, who told about a world with a lost attitude towards animals,
Liliana Di Lillo, who traced a recipe colored by her grandmother and De Chirico paintings;
and thanks to Vedovamazzei, Simeone and Stella,
who gifted us an orange supper and a Winston Churchill’s diary live reading.
