In 1970 the long march of the Earth Day started to engage people on environmental issues,
trying to channel their energies and knowledge to a style of life more sustainable.
Earth Day involves more than 193 nations in the world through
22.000 institutions and works year round to solve climate change,
to end plastic pollution, to protect endangered species,
and to broaden, educate, and activate the environmental movement across the globe.
Earth Day will continue on Monday April 22nd in all the major capital cities around the world.
To celebrate, please, plant your tree.
