marina faust - the archive box - 1990-2009-2017-4

Each Archive Box contains a unique choice of 10 images of Marina Faust‘s
nearly 20-years collaboration with Martin Margiela.
The images are re-appropriations of her photo-series done on assignment between 1990 and 2008.
She looks at her material again today with a fresh and new point of view.
The sources are photo prints, negatives, contact sheets, Polaroids, photocopies and digital material.
Marina Faust was the only photographer having worked with Martin Margiela
throughout his whole career, which, besides other considerations,
makes her archive unique.

 From October 26th, 2017 until February 11th, 2018
at Galleria Carla Sozzani Bookshop.
