book presentation yesterday evening with an introduction by Alberto Saibene,
the unsystematic critic, who shared with us the double key to enter the world of art,
where the recipes become almost a confession of the personality of the artists,
of their relationship with food, as well as an intimate way of accessing their art.
Thanks to Stefano Arienti and his hen recipe,
who spoke about a world with a lost attitude towards animals,
Liliana Di Lillo, who traced a recipe colored by her grandmother memories and
De Chirico paintings, and last but not least thanks to Vedovamazzei,
who made a live reading from Winston Churchill’s diary.
